The addition of Gillen further strengthens the capabilities of Edgewood Healthcare Advisors, a division of EPIC.
Based in Atlanta, Gillen will support Edgewood’s further expansion in the southeast region.
Gillen brings 15 years of insurance industry experience with retail and wholesale brokerages to his role at Edgewood. He was most recently a regional director with Southern Protective Group, where he focused on reducing costs, mitigating risk, and improving patient care in the Healthcare industry. Gillen also held positions with Marsh USA, Inc., WS Pharr & Co., and Brown & Brown.

Gillen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Georgia – Terry College of Business in Risk Management & Insurance.
