Hillary joins the firm with nearly 20 years of commercial insurance experience and a strong background in managing complex property and casualty risks. Her expertise includes serving fire and water districts, public entities, and emergency services organizations, as well as specialized industries such as groundwater contracting and utility vegetation management.
