Janet is an accomplished employee benefits consultant with more than 35 years of experience helping organizations design, optimize, and manage high-impact health and welfare programs. Since beginning her career in the insurance industry in 1990, Janet has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who aligns benefits strategies with business objectives, helping employers control costs, enhance employee satisfaction, and support long-term organizational success.
As Principal with EPIC, Janet partners with employers to develop innovative, data-driven benefits strategies that address today’s workforce challenges while supporting organizational growth. She works closely with clients to evaluate the effectiveness of their health and welfare programs, identify opportunities for cost containment, improve plan performance, and enhance the overall employee experience. Her consultative approach enables clients to make informed decisions that balance financial stewardship with employee well-being.
