Paul brings more than 15 years of highly specialized experience in commercial insurance and transportation risk management. Throughout his career, Paul has served as a trusted strategic advisor to large-scale fleet operators. He develops sophisticated risk mitigation and risk transfer frameworks that safeguard both driver safety and corporate profitability.
What uniquely differentiates Paul within the commercial transportation insurance market is his 360-degree, end-to-end understanding of the transportation risk lifecycle. On the retail advisory front, he structured complex risk programs for major fleets and advanced his underwriting acumen on the insurance carrier side. Complementing his placement and underwriting background, Paul leverages deep transportation-specific operational expertise. He has built advanced claim intake structures, tailored ongoing communication SOPs, and developed robust audit policies to tightly control fees, collateral, and total claim costs.
