Eric Sharlow Joins EPIC as Principal, Bringing More Employee Benefits Expertise to the Northeast Region
EPIC is excited to announce that Eric Sharlow has joined the firm as Principal, adding to our Employee Benefits team in the Northeast region. Eric is a seasoned benefits consultant with nearly two decades of experience transforming employee benefits and healthcare strategies for organizations across industries.
He began his career in 2008 and joined Foy Benefits in 2010, later becoming owner in 2017. Under his leadership, Foy Benefits experienced tremendous growth, particularly in public schools and hospital systems, where Eric’s innovative approach saved clients millions of dollars through unique plan designs, strategic negotiations, and forward-thinking solutions. Known as a problem solver who refuses to settle for the status quo, Eric combines deep technical expertise in self-funded plans, revenue cycle strategy, and contract optimization with a people-focused approach, ensuring benefit programs deliver both organizational savings and employee satisfaction.
