James R. Pierce Elevated to Chairman of Natural Resources Practice to continue accelerating the practice’s growth and impact
We are pleased to announce the appointment of James R. Pierce as chairman within the national Natural Resources practice.
Since joining EPIC as senior advisor in June 2025, Pierce has played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence and credibility within natural resources, cultivating strategic connections with leading organizations and positioning the firm for continued growth. As chairman, he will continue strengthening the practice’s capabilities, supporting the recruitment of top talent and helping deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions to clients across the energy market. Pierce will also continue guiding the long-term vision and culture of the practice, while continuing to strengthen the specialized expertise that differentiates EPIC’s natural resources team.
