Chief Diversity Officer and Managing Principal
Kevin Grady is a co-leader of EPIC Impact Risk Consulting, a minority-led, exclusive business unit, and is chief diversity officer for EPIC. He spent the past 20 years leveraging data analytics to design and execute cost savings by reducing risk proven to improve year-over-year outcomes and reduce the total cost of risk for multiple Fortune 500 clients. Kevin is an expert in developing financially driven strategies that provide meaningful returns, such as improved operating margins and reduced balance sheet accruals.
In this role, he is responsible for leading the development and execution of EPIC diversity and inclusion strategy and programs, which includes enhancing employee diversity and inclusion skills, internal and external awareness and education, metrics and measurements and external partnerships. Kevin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he received his BA degree in Business Administration.
