Thomas E. O’Neil

Leadership biography

Tom O’Neil is responsible for the executive management and leadership of EPIC operations, including team building and recruiting, new strategic initiatives, acquisitions, business development, client satisfaction and retention, and growth. Tom has been in the insurance business for more than 30 years and has an extensive background in executive leadership, strategic planning, all brokerage and agency operations, sales and marketing, program and affinity management, merger and acquisition sourcing and integration. Tom attended St. Leo University (formally St. Leo College) in Tampa, Florida. In the community, he supports both the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northern Westchester as a board member, as well as Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
