Pearson Has Joined the EPIC SkillBridge Program as an Assistant Account Manager

Krystal is based in Crestview, Florida, and will be working with the Learning & Development Manager, Deepa Neupane, and the Duluth, Georgia team as she goes through her training program. Jeremy Glassford, one of our EPIC Veterans and Associate General Counsel, will be her mentor, helping with her transition to a civilian job.

Krystal most recently served as an Inspector General Superintendent and Nondestructive Inspection Supervisor in the United States Air Force and, although still in active service, is working remotely supporting the Southeast regional office of EPIC based in Duluth. Krystal brings over 13 years of experience as an executive leader and advisor on operations, training, plans, and policies that support large-scale programs and initiatives in a dynamic, demanding environment. She is excited to bring that expertise to her insurance clients and is being trained to maintain renewal schedules, process certificates of insurance, handle policy change requests and audits and support our clients throughout the policy term.

Krystal has earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an Associate Degree in Nondestructive Testing Technology, and has completed her first year toward her Master’s in Human Resources Management. Krystal received several notable honors including Air Force Commendation Medal (4th Award), Air Force Achievement Medal (2nd Award), Senior Manager of the Year (2nd Award), 33d Fighter Wing, Senior Manager of the Quarter (3rd Award), 33d Fighter Wing Senior Manager (Senior Noncommissioned Officer) of the Year (2nd Award), Travis Air Force Base | Manager (Noncommissioned Officer) of the Quarter Award (4th Award), multiple locations | Team of the Quarter, Eglin Air Force Base, 2022. Employee of the Year, 2nd Maintenance Squadron, 2010 | Employee of the Month (2nd Award), Air Force Nondestructive Lab of the Year Award, Travis Air Force Base, 2017, and Red Cross Military Hero Award, Mountain Home, ID, 2015.
