Philip V. Moyles, Jr. serves as Co-President of EPIC and is on the firm’s Executive Committee. He is also the President of EPIC’s Financial Services division and the CEO of Vanbridge, a firm he founded in 2008, which is an EPIC company.
As Co-President of EPIC, Phil’s focus is on strategic growth, carrier and market relationships and placement strategies. Alongside his responsibilities at the firm-wide level, he continues to lead and expand EPIC’s Financial Services division, as well as drive growth within the upper middle market and large risk sectors. His leadership in the alternative asset management space is pivotal in expanding EPIC’s presence in new markets and driving its overall success.
Prior to joining EPIC, Phil was Executive Vice President and CEO of the Americas for Marsh LLC (Marsh McLennan). During a 20-year career at Marsh LLC, he was head of Global Products and Services, had responsibility for managing the general underwriting platform of the firm (VICTOR), led the company’s industry specialties and distribution efforts, and also built the company’s Private Equity and M&A Services business.
He holds an A.B. from Kenyon College and has completed the Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
