Romanelli brings three decades of insurance expertise and strategic vision to enhance EPIC’s leadership team and drive expansion.

EPIC has added Jim Romanelli as Executive Vice President. Romanelli, who is based out of New York, will focus on growth in the Northeast region.

With over three decades in the insurance industry, Romanelli has a proven history of driving innovative business development strategies. Before joining EPIC, he held senior roles at CNA and Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.

“Jim’s extensive background in senior leadership roles with leading insurance carriers positions him exceptionally well for his role at EPIC. His notable rapport with a wide network of brokers and producers throughout the Northeast is a significant asset,” said Len Scioscia, President of the Northeast Region at EPIC. “We are thrilled about incorporating Jim into our Northeast leadership team, confident that his presence will bolster our expansion efforts across various markets with a smooth transition.”

Romanelli holds a commitment to the community and the insurance industry outside of the office. He served as Chair of the Insurance Industry Charita’s Northeast Division for three years and is a Long Island YMCA Board member, where he holds the Strategic Planning Committee Chair position and sits on the Executive Compensation Committee. Additionally, Romanelli is an associate trustee of the Northwell Health System and sits on the Insurance Committee.
