Industry Leader Driving the Growth of EPIC’s National Practice Across Commercial Real Estate
We are excited to announce the appointment of Miranda Rodriguez as Program Development Leader within our national real estate practice.
In this newly created role, Rodriguez will focus on structuring and expanding EPIC’s real estate presence. She will oversee initiatives spanning program design, strategic partnerships and operational infrastructure, coordinating the firm’s existing real estate business while expanding access to expertise across the broader EPIC ecosystem. Rodriguez will help EPIC’s real estate practice develop national programs and key strategic partnerships, introduce innovative technology integrations and connect regional expertise across the organization.
“EPIC’s size, structure and growth mindset presented a unique opportunity to build on a strong foundation and create something transformative,” said Rodriguez. “I’ve spent much of my career developing real estate practices and EPIC offers the autonomy, leadership support and resources to build a truly national platform—one that serves clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate while enabling teams across the organization to collaborate more effectively.”
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Rodriguez brings more than 15 years of industry experience in real estate risk management and program development. Reporting to Scott Davis, president of national specialties, she will draw on her track record of building and scaling real estate practices to advance EPIC’s growth strategy, including enhancing our capabilities in hospitality, senior housing and technology and data centers. Prior to joining EPIC, Rodriguez led specialization for Willis Tower Watson’s residential segment within its real estate industry vertical. She earlier served as global real estate risk manager for Brookfield Asset Management, where she navigated complex M&A transactions and expanded the firm’s international risk footprint. At EPIC, she will leverage her proven ability to identify emerging risks, design structured global programs and strengthen and scale its national real estate practice.
“Miranda brings deep real estate experience and a results-driven, execution-focused leadership style that’s exactly what we need to drive the next phase of growth for our real estate practice,” said Davis. “Her ability to centralize disparate revenue streams, develop scalable programs and anticipate client needs will help us strengthen our real estate specialization and deliver greater value to both clients and producers across the country.”
EPIC continues to invest in specialty practices where focused expertise and coordinated national strategies can drive meaningful growth, including real estate, transportation, construction and design, healthcare and senior living, sports and entertainment, and professional services.
