Leadership biography Bill Nay is chief acquisition officer of our holding company, reporting to Galway CEO John Hahn. In the role, Bill works closely with John, Steve Denton, John Jennings and Rick Buoncore and other senior leaders across the country to source, develop and drive mergers & acquisition activity across our businesses. Prior to joining Galway, Bill had a 16-year career at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (a division of SunTrust Banks, Inc.) where he most recently led the firm’s insurance investment banking efforts. Bill attended the University of Georgia where he earned a BBA with a concentration in Finance.

Leadership biography Vlad Yekelchik is chief information officer at EPIC. In this position, Vlad plays a key role in EPIC’s technology strategy, digital transformation and solution delivery. He is based in the Northeast and divides his time between EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and EPIC Specialty Programs & Investments. Prior to joining EPIC, Vlad held various senior leadership positions with leading global banking and insurance organizations and brings over 30 years of information technology, information security and application solutions experience. He earned a BS in Computer Science from Pace University in New York, graduating with honors.
